Built beside the machines, not above them
Flowtrailhub Co., Ltd. is the official registered business behind Flowtrailhub. Established in 2017 in Lat Phrao, Bangkok, we work with equipment-heavy firms that need honest utilization views.
Origin
Flowtrailhub began when two operations analysts left larger plant-hire desks and started helping mid-size contractors reconcile telematics exports with what supervisors said on the radio. Early work lived in spreadsheets taped above dispatch windows. Clients asked for durable weekly views, and the consulting practice that became Flowtrailhub Co., Ltd. took shape in 2017.
Mission
We exist to give equipment-heavy businesses in Thailand a utilization picture they can defend in planning meetings — grounded in meter readings, site context, and definitions crews actually use.
How we work
Discovery happens on gravel, not only on calls. We interview dispatch, maintenance, and at least one operator crew before locking fields. Builds stay modest: enough detail to redeploy machines and challenge idle patterns, never so many widgets that Friday reviews stall.
We stay clear of hardware sales and payroll systems. When data sources are too thin, we say so and recommend an assessment rather than selling a dashboard that would invent numbers.
People
Our Bangkok team mixes former yard controllers with analysts who know construction and plant-hire calendars across the eastern seaboard. Engagements are led by a named consultant who stays through training and the thirty-day tuning window.
Values
- Prefer plain definitions over decorative charts
- Respect standby commitments when chasing utilization
- Write down what “idle” means before arguing about it
- Leave the client able to run the weekly view without us
