How we price utilization work
Most dashboard engagements are quoted from fleet size and data readiness. Assessments and shift packages carry clearer fixed ranges. All figures are informational — no online checkout.

What moves a quote
- Number of machine classes and active sites
- Quality of telematics, meter logs, or paper trails
- Travel beyond greater Bangkok for discovery
- Whether Thai and English reporting packs are both required
Deposits
Dashboard engagements usually begin with a 40% deposit, with the balance split at prototype acceptance and at training completion. Assessments are invoiced 50% to book the visit and 50% on brief delivery.
